利用Aspen模拟软件优化冷凝法油气回收工艺

【摘要】 利用Aspen模拟软件研究了冷凝法油气回收率与系统能耗的关系,并对冷凝回收工艺进行了优化。研究结果认为:油气回收工艺宜设计为三段制冷工艺。当其制冷温度依次为2℃、-30℃及-80℃时,即可以确保国家规定的95%以上的回收率,且系统能耗几乎控制在最低;当其制冷温度依次为2℃、-30℃及-120℃时,回收率可高达99.62%,而系统能耗不会剧增。

【Abstract】 Based on Aspen plus simulation software,oil and gas condensation recovery process is optimized,and the relationship between recovery ratio of oil and gas condensation and system energy consumption is investigated.The results of research suggest that the system is properly optimized to three-stage condensation process.When the temperatures of three-stage condensation are designed into 2℃,-30℃ and-80℃ respectively,the recovery ratio will exceed the national standard index of 95% and the system energy consumption can be controlled in the lowest level.When the temperatures of three-stage condensation are adjusted to 2℃,-30℃ and-120℃ respectively,the recovery ratio can reach 99.62% and the energy consumption will be increase a little.
