航空煤油中污染微生物的分离及初步鉴定
Separation and Preliminary Identification of Contaminative Microorganism in Aviation Kerosene
【摘要】 通过富集、分离纯化等方法,研究了航空煤油中污染微生物的种类并对其做初步鉴定。研究表明,航空煤油中污染微生物的种类主要有真菌、细菌和放线菌。分离所得的15种能引起输油管道和燃油过滤器堵塞的真菌中,数量最多的2种菌为枝孢霉菌和青霉菌,它们分别属于子囊菌亚门和半知菌亚门;对金属容器腐蚀严重的6种细菌中主要有弧菌和假单胞菌,其中弧菌属于弧菌科,假单胞菌属于假单胞菌科;分离所得的2种放线菌属于小单胞菌科和诺卡氏菌科,能引起管路堵塞和腐蚀。
【Abstract】 The different kinds of contaminative microorganism and preliminary species identification were investigated by using enrichment, separation and purification. The study shows that the main kinds are fungi, bacteria and actinomycetes in contaminative aviation kerosene. Fifteen kinds of fungi separated can cause plugging of oil pipeline and fuel oil filter, the largest number of microorganism are cladosporium sp and penicillium, which belong to ascomycotina and deuteromycotina respectively. Six kinds of bacteria, in which there are mainly vibrio and pseudomonas, belonging to vibrionaceae and pseudomonadaceae respectively, badly corrode metal container. Two kinds of actinomycetes, belonging to micromonosporaceae and nocardiaceae, can cause pipeline plugged and corroded.
