渤海油田PEM聚合物水基钻井液废弃物固液分离技术研究
The Study of Solid-liquid Separation Technology of Discarded Object PEM Polymerization Water Base Drilling Fluid in Pohai Oil Field
【摘要】 在江汉油田饱和盐水基钻井液废弃物固液分离技术研究的基础上,分析渤海油田PEM废弃物污染特点,首先针对渤海油田PEM聚合物水基钻井液废弃物进行了破胶剂的优选,并优选出了阳离子型无机破胶剂HWJ和高分子有机破胶剂HYJ;然后对钻井液废弃物的稀释比和破胶剂的加量等因素对固液分离效果影响进行了评价,确定了适合渤海油田PEM废弃物固液分离的处理工艺。固液分离结果表明,泥饼含水率只有49.7%,出水COD值明显降低,具有理想的分离效果。
【Abstract】 On the base of solid-liquid separation technology of discarded object saturated brine drilling fluid in Jianghan oil field, analyzing waste PEM polymerization of water base drilling fluid, it is selected cationic inorganic viscosity breaker HWJ and high molecular organic viscosity breaker HYJ. The technology of solid-liquid separation is defined by evaluating adding amount, dilution ratio of discarded object.The results show that water content ratio is 49.7% only and COD reduces obviously.
