天然气凝析油的评价及处理探讨

【摘要】 对采自我国陕北某气田的凝析油进行了全面分析与评价,并在此基础上对凝析油的处理进行了实验研究。结果表明,该凝析油主要为C6~C10烃类混合物,是介于汽油与柴油之间的高品质凝析油,基本不含水分,杂质含量在0.4%左右,这些杂质的组分是钻井泥浆所含的有机高分子聚合物、铁锈及泥砂。工业生产上可采用小于3μm的滤网或滤芯过滤后直接供给炼油厂进一步炼制。

【Abstract】 This paper has done a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the natural gas condensate from a gas field in the north of Shanxi Province of China,and an experimental research on the handling of the condensate is done based on the analysis and evaluation.The results show that the main compostions of the aromatic hydrocarbons contained in C6~C10 fraction,which is a kind of high-quality fraction between the gasoline and the diesel.The condensate contains no water basically,the impurity content is about 0.40%,and the imputies are made up of rust,loam and organic macromolecule polymer,which is contained in the drilling mud.In the industry production,less than 3μm filter nets or filter core can be used to filter the condensate before the oil is directly supplied to the oil refinery to refine.
