【Abstract】 With the explanation and analysis of the external expression characteristics of beauty in calisthenics,the author pointed out that the beauty in calisthenics mainly includes the beauty in music and dance,body poster,overall coordination,and innovative scheduling.In calisthenics teaching,it is suggested that we should combine all these factors to train college students’ aesthetic sense,combine the athletic beauty and artistic beauty to show the real aesthetic sense of calisthenics,thus to improve the aesthetic taste of college students.更多还原
