【摘要】 近年来,资源问题和产业集群问题逐步成为经济研究的热点,而作为资源产业特殊组织形式的资源型产业集群也受到了越来越多的关注。资源型产业集群的系统动力机制应该从系统动力学角度,对机制的结构、功能和原理进行研究。文章在探讨资源产业集群系统动力要素的基础上,分析了资源型产业集群的主体、资源和环境三大系统动力结构以及动力功能,提出了资源产业集群动力系统的成本效率机制、协同竞争机制、学习创新机制和支持保障机制四大作用机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Resource-related and industrial cluster-related problems have become hotspots of economic research progressively in recent years.Resource-based industrial cluster,which is regarded as a kind of particular form of organization of resource-based industry,starts to be the focus of many studies.Analyzing Dynamic Mechanism of Resource-based Industrial Cluster in the perspective of systematic dynamics can be done by studies on structure,function and principle of the mechanism.Based on elements of systematic dynamics of Resource-based Industrial Cluster,this essay analyzes structures and functions of systematic dynamics of main body,resource,and circumstance of Resource-based Industrial Cluster,also,indicates four functional mechanisms of dynamic system of Resource-based Industrial Cluster,they are cost-efficiency mechanism,cooperative competition mechanism,learning-innovation mechanism and support-assurance mechanism.更多还原
