【摘要】 居民环境偏好通过舆论、市场选择、政治选择等途径传达给政府和企业,使其做出相应的改善环境行为而得以实现。但目前居民环境偏好传递的渠道障碍和机制障碍,使企业和政府不能有效的了解居民的环境偏好,从而既消解了企业积极实施保护环境行为的动力和压力,也使政府在制定相关环境政策时不能很好的考虑居民的环境偏好,使一些政策的制定缓慢或者扭曲。本文分析了居民环境偏好的一般传导机制,并为通畅该传导机制作了制度建议。更多还原
