【Abstract】 Healthy water cycle and recycling economy are sustainable solutions for resources and environment constraints faced by mankind. Healthy water cycle and recycling economy development is a subsystem of the compound system of water resources-ecology-social economy. They are mutually conditioned and depend on each other. They are also included one another and interacted and coordinated with each other. Healthy water cycle is necessary condition and main objective of recycling economy development, while recycling economy development is the elementary condition and main approach for the realization of healthy water cycle. Coordination between them is the objective needs of the orderly evolution of compound system. Healthy water cycle and recycling economy have a far-reaching significance for the healthy evolution of the ecological environment and sustainable development of mankind.更多还原
