【摘要】 主流观点认为自然资源开发对区域城市化进程具有正面作用,但这种观点正在动摇。本文在总结传统观点的基础上,试图提出并验证自然资源禀赋在区域城市化过程中的"资源诅咒"假说,进而分析其内在机理,认为资源生产部门的产业性质、社会经济二元结构、地域分割、固化效应四方面是"资源诅咒"假说得以成立的原因。在理论上丰富了城市化动力机制和"资源诅咒"假说的研究,在实践上也具有一定的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The viewpoint that natural resource is helpful to the process of regional urbanization is doubtful,although it is in the mainstream of academic world.The paper comes to the conclusion that the natural resource would curse the process of urbanization to some extent in certain circumstance.After verifying the existence of the curse,we demonstrate the mechanism that the curse is due to a comprehensive effect of various elements.The research also puts forward some proposals to the government,so it not only has enriched the theories about the urbanizing mechanism and the hypothesis of "Curse of Natural Resource" but has made some contribution to the practice of regional development.更多还原
