【Abstract】 The traditional western region development strategy, primary focusing on the economic incremental purpose, has driven the already fragile western ecological environment status much worsened as it dramatically fosters the local economic booming simultaneously. Although the specialists have conducted the extensive study on these particular issues, the effective measurement has not been found to mitigate the controversy between the economic development and ecological protection. Therefore, the traditional concept of economic development and ecological environment protection shall be reexamined surrounding the construction of Core-functional Zone, to explore the new theories, as well as new ideas, and new model which are feasible to western ecological environment construction.更多还原
