【摘要】 上世纪90年代,处于经济转型期的中国出现了资本外逃的问题,并且在1997-2002年间达到高峰。资本外逃既有金融体制和产权制度方面的原因,又有经济政策和经济环境方面的原因。要从根源上规避和控制资本外逃风险,必须完善金融体制,制定合理的外资政策,深化国有企业改革,建立现代企业制度,完善公司治理结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the 1990’s in China,there appeared capital flight in the period of economic transition,reaching a new peak from 1997 to 2002.Capital flight has resulted not only from financial system and property rights regulations,but also from economic policies and circumstances.Efforts must be taken to improve financial system,formulate rational policy on foreign funds,deepen reforms of state-owned enterprises and establish modern enterprise system,thereby avoiding and controlling the risks of capital flight at its source.更多还原
