野生和养殖裂腹鱼血液学指标的比较研究

【摘要】 对齐口裂腹鱼和重口裂腹鱼的野生和养殖个体血液学指标进行了比较研究。结果显示:重口裂腹鱼野生组的红细胞长径和短径、红细胞核长径和短径、嗜中性粒细胞长径和短径、淋巴细胞长径和短径、总蛋白和甘油三酯与齐口裂腹鱼野生组相应指标差异显著;齐口裂腹鱼野生组的嗜中性粒细胞长径、嗜中性粒细胞短径、淋巴细胞长径、淋巴细胞短径和淋巴细胞核长径显著大于养殖组;重口裂腹鱼野生组的红细胞短径明显小于养殖组重口裂腹鱼;齐口裂腹鱼野生组血液中TP、GLU和TG显著低于齐口裂腹鱼养殖组;重口裂腹鱼野生组TG、T-CHO与养殖组重口裂腹鱼差异显著。这些差异说明齐口裂腹鱼和重口裂腹鱼在生理适应方面存在差异,养殖活动对它们的生理状况有一定的影响。

【Abstract】 In order to prove the data as baseline for Schizothoracin fish cultivation practice,wild fish protect and disease diagnosis,hematological indices of wild and cultured Schizothorax prenanti and Schizothorax davidi were investigated in this study.From 5th to 14th July,2007,wild S.prenanti and S.davidi were collected in Ya’an section of Qingyi River,artificial incubation and reared S.prenanti and S.davidi were collected in Lake Baizhang.Red blood cell count(RBC),white blood cell count(WBC),differential leucocytes counts(DLC),the normal size(long diameter and short diameter) of the blood cells,and the content of hemoglobin(HB),total protein(TP),triglyceride(TG),glucose(GLU),total cholesterol(TC),total cholesterol(T-CHO) and calcium(Ca2+) were measured by Olympus BX51(electrolyte analyzing apparatus),CA620(automated hematology analyzer) and Toshiba 7020(automatic biochemical analyzing apparatus).The results indicated that there were significant differences in long diameter and short diameter of RBC,RBC nucleu,neutrophil,lymphocyte and the content of TP and TG between wild S.prenanti and wild S.davidi.The long and short diameter of neutrophil,lymphocyte,and long diameter of lymphocyte nucleu in wild S.prenanti were significant longer than that in culture S.prenanti.The short diameter of RBC of S.davidi was significant shorter than that of culture S.davidi.The content of TP,GLU,TG of wild S.prenanti were significant lower than that of culture S.prenanti.There were significant differences in content of TG,T-CHO between wild and culture S.davidi.The result demonstrated that there was difference in physiological adaptation between S.davidi and S.prenanti,and there were some impacts on their physiological state in cultivation activity.
