【摘要】 通过比较研究溶剂法、超声辅助提取法及超临界CO2萃取法提取蜂胶有效成分的工艺,确定提取蜂胶有效成分的最佳工艺条件。实验表明:使用超临界CO2萃取法,在萃取时间1.5h、萃取温度55℃、萃取压力26MPa、夹带剂添加量为粗蜂胶质量的15%的条件下得到的蜂胶总黄酮提取率为16.11%,效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Extracting the active ingredients in propolis with solvent,ultrasound-assisted and supercritical CO2 extractions are compared in this paper and the best process conditions are 1.5 h,55 ℃,26 MPa and 15% of cosolvent,the extraction rate is 16.11% of total flavonoids.更多还原
