百里酚蓝褪色光度法测定食盐中碘含量的研究

【摘要】 研究了在酸性介质中,碘酸根氧化百里酚蓝的褪色反应。实验结果表明,最大吸收波长为548nm,碘浓度在0.0~1.0mg/L范围内遵守朗伯-比尔定律,ΔA与浓度之间呈线性关系;548nm条件下该反应的相关系数为0.9995,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.1×104L/mol·cm。用于测定食盐中微量的碘,相对标准偏差为1.33%(n=6),加标回收率为98.8%。

【Abstract】 The optimum conditions for the oxidation of thymol blue by iodate in a H2SO4 medium were studied in this paper. The color system had a maximum absorption at 548 nm in the medium of sulfuric acid. Beer’s law was obeyed in the rang of 0.0~1.0 mg/L of iodine. The apparent molar absorptivity is 7.1×104 L/mol·cm, and a relative coefficient of 0.9995 was found. Based on these studies a new photometric medthod for the determination of microamounts of iodine is proposed. The relative standard deviation was in the range of 1.33% (n=6), The recovery was 98.8%.
