糖蜜酒精废液色素中酚类提取及其抗氧化活性研究

【摘要】 采用乙醇法提取糖蜜酒精废液色素中的酚类,并研究了其抗氧化活性。探讨了乙醇浓度、固液比、温度、时间对提取效果的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度95%、固液比1∶15、浸提温度50℃、提取时间1h。该酚类对DPPH·自由基的抑制率略低于Vc,强于原废液色素。

【Abstract】 A method for extracting polyphenol from alcohol wastewater pigment was established by ethanol. And the antioxidant activity of polyphenol was studied. The article studied four factors to extract polyphenol with different concentration, ratio of liquid/solid, temperature and time. The optimum conditions were 95% ethanol, ratio of liquid/solid 1∶15, temperature of extraction at 50 ℃, extracting time of 1 h. The antioxidant activity of polyphenol was less than Vc, and stronger than original molasses alcohol wastewater pigment.
