【Abstract】 The scavenging rate of white Chinese floweringquince to nitrite was mensurated by spectrophoto- metry and the factor of effecting on the scavenging rate of white Chinese floweringquince to nitrite was studied. The result showed that the scavenging rate reached the maximum under the condition of extracting 1 h at 20 ℃ by 60% ethanol, adding 12 mL abstracting solution and reacting 20 min, material/solvent ratio 1∶20.更多还原
