鹿蹄草素对链格孢病菌的抑制机理初探
Preliminary study on inhibitory mechanism of pyrolin against Alternaria alternate
【摘要】 从生物量、作用方式、细胞膜透性及蛋白质含量方面来研究鹿蹄草素对链格孢病菌的抑菌机理。结果表明:鹿蹄草素对链格孢病菌的作用方式为抑菌作用,而不是杀菌作用;随着鹿蹄草素浓度的升高,链格孢病菌的生物量也随之下降,且在鹿蹄草素浓度为2.5mg/mL时,抑制率达到100%;链格孢病菌的细胞膜透性也随之增加,在鹿蹄草素浓度为0.313mg/mL时链格孢病菌的蛋白抑制率达到52.63%。
【Abstract】 Study on inhibitory mechanism of pyrolin against Alternaria alternate from Alternaria alternate growth, action mode, cellular membrane permeability and protein content. The result showed that the action mode of pyrolin against Alternaria alternate is inhibition, but not germicidal action. Alternaria alternate growth was decreased with the increase of pyrolin concentration, the inhibition rate of 2.5 mg/mL pyrolin reached 100% , the cellular membrane permeability increased, and the protein inhibition rate was 52.63% while the concertration of pyrolin was 0.313 mg/mL.
