生理调节剂对中宁圆枣常温贮藏效果的影响
Effect of physiological agent on "Zhongningyuanzao" during ambient storage
【摘要】 重点研究常温下两种生理调节剂(Ca2+,GA3)结合保鲜剂处理中宁圆枣对其贮藏效果的影响。结果表明:Ca2+处理能较好的调节圆枣的生理活性,可显著降低有机酸的呼吸消耗和Vc营养成分的损失。GA3对延缓MDA的迅速积累,减缓了膜系统的伤害程度。两种生理调节剂处理在一定程度上提高了圆枣的贮藏性。
【Abstract】 The study mostiy focused on effect of two physiological agent (Ca2+,GA3) together with fresh- keeping agent on jujube fruits (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Zhongningyuan zao). The results showed that: Ca2+ treatment could regulate the physiological activity of the Jujube fruits, and decrease the respiratory consumption of organic acid and the loss of Vc, Gibberellin (GA3) treatment could delay the quick accumu- lation of malondialdehyde (MDA) and damage degree of membrane system. Two physiological agent treatment improved the storage quality of jujube fruits to some extent.
