青岛近海浒苔的营养分析与食用安全性评价

【Abstract】 The main nutrition and safety parameters of Enteromorpha collected from Qingdao coast were analyzed in summer 2008. The result indicated that Enteromorpha had less fat than protein, and were enriched with mineral element. The safe parameters such as Pb, Cd, Hg, inorganic As and PCBs all accorded with national standards. So Enteromorpha is a new safe and healthy seafood.更多还原
