青岛近海浒苔的营养分析与食用安全性评价

【摘要】 通过对青岛近海浒苔进行营养和安全性指标分析,发现青岛近海浒苔蛋白含量较高、脂肪含量低、富含各种矿物元素,且符合国家食用卫生标准,是一种健康的新型海洋食品。

【Abstract】 The main nutrition and safety parameters of Enteromorpha collected from Qingdao coast were analyzed in summer 2008. The result indicated that Enteromorpha had less fat than protein, and were enriched with mineral element. The safe parameters such as Pb, Cd, Hg, inorganic As and PCBs all accorded with national standards. So Enteromorpha is a new safe and healthy seafood.
