高锰酸钾引发改性淀粉接枝共聚反应的工艺研究
Technics of graft-copolymerization of modified starch by permanganate as initiator
【摘要】 以木薯淀粉、丙烯酸(AA)、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为主要原料,高锰酸钾为引发剂,采用反相乳液聚合方法制备了淀粉-丙烯酸超強吸水剂,并通过正交设计对反应的主要影响因素进行考察,同时用红外光谱(FT-IR)表征接技共聚物。实验结果显示,最佳的工艺条件为引发剂用量为0.057 g、反应温度为55℃、交联剂用量为0.03 g、丙烯酸中和度50%,产物吸水率大于800 g/g。红外光谱分析结果显示淀粉与丙烯酸发生了接枝共聚反应。
【Abstract】 A graft copolymer was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) onto tapioca starch,with N,N-methylene diacrylamide as cosslinking agent,permanganate as an initiator.The orthogonal design of the important factors was utilized in this technique.The grafting copolymer was analysed by FT-IR.The optimum reaction conditions are 0.057 g initiator,0.03 g crosslinking agent,50% neutralization degree of acrylic acid,polymerization at 50 ℃.The water-absorbing rate of the prepared resin is more than 800 g/g at room temperature。
