【摘要】 研究了家蚕丝胶粉对糖尿病小鼠的预防作用和治疗作用。结果表明,在预防实验中,家蚕丝胶粉在500、1000、3000 mg/kg的剂量下,糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖值明显低于模型组7.39%、25.52%、40.30%;在治疗实验中,家蚕丝胶粉在1000、3000 mg/kg的剂量下,糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖值明显低于模型组9.40%、26.11%,均达到了显著水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the protective and treatment effect of sericin on diadetic mice.The result indicate that in the protection trial,the sericin solution doses of 500 mg/kg,1000 mg/kg,3000 mg/kg,the levels of fasting blood glucose of diabetic mice were obviously lower than that of mice in the model control group,and the percentages of blood glucose were 7.39%,25.52%,40.30% respectively.In the treatment trial,the sericin solution doses of 1000 mg/kg and 3000 mg/kg,the levels of fasting blood glucose of diabetic mice were obviously lower than that of mice in the model control group,and the percentages of blood glucose were 9.40%,26.11% respectively.更多还原
