稀土与L-酪氨酸和咪唑配合物的合成及抗菌性能研究
Synthesis and Bacteriostasis of complexes of rare earth with L-Tyrosine and Imidazole
【摘要】 在酸性乙醇介质中,合成了稀土(Eu,Dy,Sm)-酪氨酸二元配合物及稀土(Eu,Dy,Sm)-酪氨酸-咪唑三元配合物,由其物性、荧光性能、电导率及紫外吸收光谱得到初步确认。研究了稀土氨基酸配合物的抑菌性能,结果表明:稀土配合物对大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其抑菌活性比单独的稀土离子及配体明显增强;稀土三元配合物的抑菌活性强于稀土二元配合物,稀土二元及三元配合物对两种实验菌的最低抑菌浓度分别小于0.05、0.005mol/L,镝配合物的抑菌能力优于其他两种配合物。
【Abstract】 Complexes of rare earth(Eu, Dy, Sm)- Tyrosine and of(Eu,Dy,Sm)- Tyrosine-Imidazole were synthesized in acidic ethyl alcohol. The compositions of the complexes were determined by molar conductivity, UV spectra, phsical property and fluorescence. Experiments of bacteriostasis show: the complexes have varying bacteriostasis effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus; the bacteriostastic activities of the mixed complexes of rare earth are better than that of single rare earth salts and coordinate ligands, and the ternary complexes is superior to the binary complexes; the minimum concentration of bacteriostasis of ternary complexes is <0.005 mol/L, moreover, of binary complexes <0.05 mol/L. Among of three complexes, Dy-Complexes of rare earth has the best bacteriostastic activities.
