海带多糖对小鼠肠黏膜SIgA肠道菌群的影响

【摘要】 研究海带多糖对小鼠肠黏膜组织SIgA及肠道菌群的影响。将40只昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,分别以250、500、1000μg/g的海带多糖灌胃小鼠15d,以灌胃蒸馏水小鼠为对照,分别取小肠黏膜、肠道粪便,采用试剂盒法测小肠黏膜组织的SIgA活性;采用微生物培养培养鉴定的方法计数粪便中双歧杆菌、乳杆菌和肠杆菌。结果显示500、1000μg/g的海带多糖能够促进小鼠肠黏膜对SIgA的分泌量并且能够增加肠道中乳杆菌数量;1000μg/g的剂量能增加肠道中双歧杆菌的数量;各剂量组对粪便中肠杆菌的量没有影响。由此提示海带多糖能够促进小鼠的肠道免疫。

【Abstract】 To observe the influence of Laminarina Japonica Polysaccharides (LJPS) on intestinal immunity SIgA and intestineal flora in mice. The mice were fed LJPS at doses of 250, 500, 1000 μg/g. By ELISA kit, The effect of LJPS on intestinal immunity SIgA activity were evaluated in normal mice. By microbial cultivation, the number of intestinal flora were observed. LJPS 500, 1000 μg/g enhanced secretion of SIgA and the number of Lactobacillus in mice, and LJPS 1000 μg/g enhanced the number of Bifidobacterium. It showed that LJPS increased secretion of SIgA and regulated intestinal flora in mice.
