睡莲叶黄酮的提取及其抑菌活性研究

【摘要】 以睡莲叶为原料、乙醇为提取试剂,研究睡莲叶总黄酮提取工艺。首先通过单因素实验考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间和料液比对黄酮提取率的影响,再通过正交实验设计得到最适宜的提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度为70%,提取温度为65℃,提取时间为3.5h,料液比1∶25,此时,睡莲叶黄酮的提取率达2.81%。此外,还研究睡莲叶黄酮对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的抑菌活性,结果表明:睡莲叶黄酮对这3种供试细菌有一定的抑菌活性。

【Abstract】 The extraction technology of flavones from Pygmy Waterlily leaves used as raw materials,with ethanol as extraction solvent,was studied in the paper.The influences of ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and the ratio of raw material to volume of solvent on the yield of flavones from Pygmy Waterlily leaves were investigated by single factor test.Then,based on data obtained from the above experiments,the optimal extraction technology was obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows:extract temperature is 65℃,the ratio of raw material to volume of solvent 1∶25,methanol concentration 70%and extract time 3.5 h.Under the condition,the flavones extracted from Pygmy Waterlily leaf yields 2.81%. Furthermore the antibacterial activities of the flavones extracted against colibacillus,staphylococcus aureus and bacillus subtilis were studied and the result showed that the flavones have certain antibacterial activities against the above microorganisms.
