超微粉碎辅助提取石榴籽油的研究
Study of extraction of pomegranate seed oil with attritioning
【摘要】 从石榴籽中提取石榴籽油时,物料粒径的影响十分显著。研究采用超微粉碎技术,得到不同粒径的粉体,用乙醇-石油醚溶剂浸提。结果表明,超微粉碎有利于石榴籽油的提取。以物料颗粒平均直径为8.76μm,粉体比表面积0.92m2/mL的石榴籽超微粉为原料,在物料比1∶8,浸提温度90℃,浸提时间60min时,石榴籽油的提取率最大,为34.86%。
【Abstract】 The impact of material partical size is very significant in the extraction of pomegranate seed oil.It should have use attritioning get varies of diameter powder with ethanol-petroleum solvent,as a result,it good for extraction.Pomegranate seed’s diamete of 8.76μm,the specific surface area of powder is 0.92 m2,material in the 1∶8 ration,extracting temperature is 90℃,the dipping time is 60 min,the highest yield is 34.86%.
