短小芽孢杆菌2080产碱性蛋白酶的扩大培养
Scale up of production of alkaline protease from Bacillus pumilus 2080
【摘要】 采用5L发酵罐研究短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)2080产碱性蛋白酶的扩大培养。结果表明,在较优的扩大培养条件下,即空气流量2.5L/min、空气压力0.08MPa和搅拌速度500r/min,短小芽孢杆菌2080碱性蛋白酶的产率较摇瓶水平提高了28%,达到5.17×106U/mL,而发酵时间缩短为42h。
【Abstract】 This paper describes scale up of production of alkaline protease from Bacillus pumilus 2080 in a 5 L fermentor.The maximum alkaline protease yield of 5.17×106 U/mL from Bacillus pumilus 2080 was obtained after scale up of production of alkaline protease in a 5 L fermentor with the airflow rate of 2.5 L/min,the air pressure of 0.08 MPa,and the agitation rate of 500 r/min,which was increased by 28% in contrast with that in shake flasks.Meanwhile the fermentation time was reduced to 42 h,which was half of that in shake flasks.
