【摘要】 目的:研究薰衣草乙醇提取物对人肺癌细胞A549、肝癌细胞SMMC7721的生长抑制作用。方法:分别用HE染色法和溴化二苯偶氮盐(MTT)检测法,观察其形态学变化和对肿瘤细胞的增殖抑制作用。结果:显微镜下可见A549、SMMC7721形态明显改变,200 mg/mL马力诺薰衣草提取物作用48 h时,其抑制率分别为(79.61±4.40)%,(81.05±5.16)%。结论:薰衣草对A549、SMMC7721细胞均有抑制作用,且呈量效关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the cytotoxic effect of Lavender angustifolia extract on human lung carcinoma A549 and hepatoma SMMC7721.Method: The morpHology was observed with HE staining,the inhibitory effect on cell proliferation of A549 and SMMC7721 was used MTT assay.Result:The morpHology of A549 and SMMC7721 significantly changed under light microscope.The inhibitory rate is(79.61± 4.40)% and(81.05±5.16)%,respectively for A549 and SMMC7721 at 48h at the concentration of 200mg/mL.Conclusion:The extract of Lavender angustifolia had inhibitory effect on the proliferation of A549 and SMMC7721,the effect was dose dependent.更多还原
