【摘要】 应用毛细管气相色谱法,在270℃柱温下,采用乙腈提取,用μ-ECD检测器对蔬菜中三氟氯氰菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氟氰戊菊酯的残留量进行定量分析。结果表明,0.02mg/kg水平时方法回收率分别为95.15%、94.55%、98.25%,相对标准偏差为2.1%、2.5%、2.2%;在0.05mg/kg水平时方法回收率分别为98.45%、96.67%、99.54%,相对标准偏差为2.8%、2.3%、2.6%。检出限为0.01mg/kg,符合残留分析要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cyhalothrin, cynuthrin and flucythrinate were analyzed by gas chromatography using 270 column and μ-ECD detector. The recoveries of cyhalothrin, cynuthrin and flucythrinate were tested by the standard addition method. The results obtained were 95.15%, 94.55%, 98.25% and RSD were 2.1%, 2.5%, 2.2% at 0.02 mg/kg level. While at 0.05 mg/kg,the results obtained were 98.45%, 96.67%, 99.54% and RSD were 2.8%, 2.3%, 2.6%.
