一点红总黄酮分离及抗菌研究

【摘要】 目的:研究一点红总黄酮的提取、分离提纯及其抗菌作用。方法:乙醇回流提取,聚酰胺柱层析和薄层层析分离提纯一点红总黄酮,滤纸片法测定一点红总黄酮抗菌作用。结果:石油醚∶正丁醇∶醋酸(10∶6∶3)洗脱得到一点红总黄酮,0.8g/mL总黄酮溶液对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别是10、11、10mm。结论:一点红总黄酮对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有抑制作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study on the antimicrobial effects of the total flavonoids of Emilia sonchifolia. Methods: The flavonoids of Emilia sonchifolia were extracted by aqueous ethanol refluxing and separated by TLC and column of polyurethane. The antimicrobial effect of flavonoids was studied by paper dish diffusion. Rusults: The result of TLC showed that petroleum ether∶n-butyl alcohol∶acetic acid (10∶6∶3) wash out flavonoids. The anti- microbial experiment showed that the flavonoids had antimicrobial activity to escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis and staphylococcus aureus in the concentration of 0.8 g/mL, and the average diameters of bacteriostatic zones were 10, 11 mm and 10 mm, respectively. Conclusions: The total flavonoids of Emilia sonchifolia had the antimicrobial effects.
