电化学免疫传感器研制过程中电极的选择与改进

【摘要】 支持电极是影响免疫传感器发展的关键技术问题之一。通过近5年免疫传感器的研究,对支持电极进行了系列选择和研究改进工作。在研究中选用过3种固体单电极,单通道丝网印刷碳电极,改进制备的四通道、五通道和八通道丝网印刷碳电极。采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)进行形态学表征,通过循环伏安法(CV)进行电化学表征,评估电极的性能,初步选定四通道丝网印刷碳电极(4-SPCE)为支持电极。用物理吸附法制备辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)酶电极,以检验选定的4-SPCE的应用性能。结果显示,改进制备的4-SPCE的应用性能最好,因此选用该4-SPCE用作电化学免疫传感器研究中的支持电极。

【Abstract】 Supporting electrode was one of the key technologies in the development of immunosensor. Through the research on immunosensors of the last five years, supporting electrode had been chosen and improved; three kinds of solid electrodes, single-channel screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE), improved four-channel, five-channel and eight-channel SPCE, were selected. The electrodes were characterized by laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) and electrochemical method based on cyclic voltammetry (CV). Four-channel screen-printed carbon electrode (4-SPCE) was selected as preliminary supporting electrode. Horseradish peroxidase (HRP) electrode was prepared by physical adsorption. The enzyme electrode was used to test the performance of the 4-SPCE, the result of experiment indicated that improved 4-SPCE had the most excellent application performance. Therefore, the 4 -SPCE was used as supporting electrode in developing electrochemical immunosensor.
