关于多次口服或肌肉注射模型的研究
The Study on Multiple Taking Orally or Muscle Injection Models
【摘要】 我们分别研究等剂量和不等剂量多次口服或肌肉注射仓室模型,把传统的药物动力学模型改进为脉冲微分方程模型,运用脉冲微分方程理论得到稳态血药浓度(坪浓度),峰浓度,最小有效血药浓度和平均血药浓度,用药间隔周期等等,从而便于设计最佳用药方案.该文所得结论对指导临床用药具有积极意义并丰富了现有的药物动力学的研究成果.
【Abstract】 We mainly consider the multiple taking orally or muscle injection compartment models underequal and unequal dose respectively,improving the traditional pharmacokinetics models into the impulsive differential models.Applying the theory of impulsive differential equation,we study the steady state concentration of pharmaceuticals in blood,its maximum,minimum and mean value,dosing interval etc to design the best scheme of dosage.This is helpful to instruct the clinical using of pharmaceuticals and enriches the field of pharmacokinetics.
