【Abstract】 The thesis designs a very good statistical method about human resource,and defines effective accumulative time.It also sets up a distribution model of human resource based on GA.It also has proposed a new method to distribution model of human resource.Finally,we give an application to demonstrate its effectiveness.更多还原
