【Abstract】 Based on relative scale function of the variable fuzzy set theory, first puts forward the meticulous mathematical theorems to "Quality and Quantity mutual change regularity",the one of three regularity of Materialist Dialectics. Based on this, puts forward the game theorem and the voting theorem. Based on the these theorem, the paper analysis the basic concept of Set-Pair Analysis, and points out the problems of Set-Pair Analysis.更多还原
