【Abstract】 To convert uncertain information into quantitative value,the 3-point assessment method is applied to determine the constant weight of those elements.By taking into account the effect of compositions of factor,variable weight of the elements can be established.According to point assessment method,fuzzy assessment matrix is constructed.Then a fuzzy assessment model is produced.Results indicate it’s reasonable enough to be a reference for the assessment of uncertain information.更多还原
