【摘要】 科技人力资源在培育一个国家乃至一个省市的经济增长点方面起到举足轻重的作用.文章分析了山东省科技人力资源现状,并结合山东省的实际情况,构建了科技人力资源的综合评价指标体系,并运用多元统计分析中的主成分和聚类分析法对该省的17个市的科技人力资源情况进行了综合评价和分析,在此基础上为增加山东科技人才存量和提升科技创新水平提出了相应的对策.更多还原

【Abstract】 The S&T human resources are playing an important role in cultivating an economy growth of an area.The article analyzes the Shandong Province S&T human resources′ present situation,and designs an evaluation index system of S&T human resources based on the reality.Simultaneously evaluates and analyzes the S&T human resources′ present situation of the 17 cities of Shandong Province by using the methods of the principal component analysis and clustering analysis from multidimensional statistic analysis.Based on this,this paper brings forward the countermeasure on how to increase the Shandong S&T human resources storage and promote technology innovation level.更多还原
