【Abstract】 We show a new method of human capital capacity calculation at Jorgenson and Fraumeni′s theatrical principle.And we have calculated the gross human capital in China in 2000.From the result we know that we have huge human capital capacity in gross but very little per person;the difference between the human capital capacity per person in town and in the country is large and it will be larger.更多还原
