【摘要】 旅游资源经济价值的量化能促进资源的合理开发和保护利用,也是指导政府和景区管理部门的决策及政策制定等管理实践的科学参考依据。汤旺河国家公园是我国花岗岩石林地质遗迹,拥有原始的生态环境和丰富的自然资源,通过对森林游憩价值的理论认识和评价方法的比较,选择目前较为可行且应用广泛的旅行费用法(TCM)对汤旺河国家公园游憩价值进行评价。评价主要从两个方面进行,一是以经营成本为基础;二是以游客的费用为基础。通过对汤旺河国家公园的游客的问卷调查,求算出游客的消费者剩余,就是汤旺河国家公园的游憩价值,为10 197.03万元,并对评估效果和影响因素进行分析和讨论,分析得出,采用消费者剩余作为森林游憩资源的价值是可行的,所评估的游憩价值也基本反映了该景区资源的价值,与政府对该景区的投入基本相符。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quantification of the tourism resource value can promote the reasonable development and protective use of resources,which is also the scientific reference to guide the government and scenic management department in making decision,policy and other management practice.The Tangwang River National Park is a geological heritage of granite stone forest in China,which has original ecology environment and rich natural resources.Through the comparison of theoretical understanding and evaluation method of forest tourism value,the TCM method which is feasible and widely applied was selected to evaluate the recreation value of Tangwang River National Park.The evaluation was mainly carried out based on two aspects of operation cost or tourist expense.Through the questionnaire survey of tourists,the tourism value of Tangwang River National Park was obtained after calculating consumer surplus of tourists,which reached to 10,197.03 million yuan,meanwhile the assessment result and influencing factors were analysed and discussed.It was concluded that taking consumer surplus as the value of forest tourism resources was feasible,and the assessement result also basically reflected the value of scenic resources,which was almost in accordance with the government investment of this scenic area.更多还原
