苏北浅滩生态监控区仔稚鱼的分布

【摘要】 2006年和2007年每年5月下旬,在苏北浅滩生态监控区采用浅水Ⅰ型浮游生物网,以垂直拖网方式进行了仔稚鱼调查,从南至北共设8个断面,范围为(121°17′E~121°55′E、32°00′N~32°28′N),对调查海域仔稚鱼的种类组成、数量分布、多样性以及优势种进行了研究。本次调查共采集到仔稚鱼1 541尾,隶属于8科,16种,其中2006年采集到仔稚鱼1073尾(平均密度为58.4 ind/m3),2007年采集到仔稚鱼468尾(平均密度为23.8 ind/m3)。2006年的多样性指数以及均匀度指数均高于2007年,第4-6断面为仔稚鱼的密集区,主要的种类有斑(Konosirus punctatus)、鱼(Liza haematochelia)、大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)、黄姑鱼(Nibea mitsukurii)等,鱼为2006年的最优势种,斑为2007年的最优势种。根据苏北浅滩生态监控区仔稚鱼的出现和年际变化规律以及数量分布规律,揭示了苏北浅滩生态监控区是多种仔稚鱼的保育场,应加强对近岸水域的保护,将有利于保证仔稚鱼的资源补充量。

【Abstract】 The survey of the fish larvae and juveniles was carried out by oblique towing with a plankton net in shoal-water areas along the northern coast of Jiangsu Province(121°17′E~121°55′E,32°00′N~32°28′N) in late May,2006 to 2007.8 sampling sections were set up from south to north.The community composition,abundance distribution,diversity and the dominant species in the sea were studied.A total of 1 541 fish larvae and juveniles were collected,representing 16 species from 8 families,of which,1 073 fish larvae and juveniles were collected in 2006(the average density was 58.4 ind/m3),468 larvae and juveniles were collected in 2007(the average density was 23.8 ind/m3).The diversity index and evenness index in 2006 were higher than those in 2007.There were high abundance areas of fish larvae and juveniles from section 4 to section 6,the main species were Liza haematocheila,Konosirus punctatus,Larimichthys crocea,Nibea mitsukurii etc.Liza haematocheila was the most dominant species in 2006,Konosirus punctatus was the most dominant species in 2007.According to the regulation occurrences of fish larvae and juveniles in shoal-water areas along the coast of Jiangsu Province,these results revealed shoal-water areas along the northern coast of Jiangsu Province were the nursury grounds for some fish larvae and juveniles.It was necessary to protect the coastal area in order to maintain the resource recruitment of fish larvae and juveniles.
