【摘要】 目的:评估湿润烧伤膏对高原地区糖尿病足的疗效和安全性。方法:自2005年3月至2008年5月对16例久居高原的糖尿病足患者给予彻底清创和外敷湿润烧伤膏包扎治疗,并每日换药一次。结果:通过5周～15周的临床观察,16例患者的溃疡创面全部获得无瘢痕愈合,有效率100%,治疗期间无细菌性感染和局部过敏等并发症发生。结论:湿润烧伤膏治疗高原地区糖尿病足安全而有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To assess the efficacy and safety of MEBO in treating diabetic foot ulcer in plateau region. 16 cases of patients lived plateau with diabetic foot ulcers were involved from Mar. 2005 to May. 2008. All patients were made thorough debridement and external application of MEBO once per day. Result: Through 5 weeks to 15 weeks of treatment, 16 paitents’ wounds were thoroughly healed without scar formation, efficacy rate was 100%. No bacterial infection and local allergies can be found in the whole course of treatment. Conclusion: It is safe and effective in treating diabetic foot ulcers in platean region with MEBO.更多还原
