【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析总结湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗各种慢性体表溃疡临床疗效,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:对2004年～2008年间22例35处不同深度、年限、部位和病因的体表慢性溃疡全程应用MEBO治疗。结果:12例14处创面由肉芽组织生长填充,封闭创面;10例18处在培养的新鲜肉芽组织创面采用创面微粒皮种植培养技术封闭创面,其中3例患者创面明显好转后自动出院。结论:MEBO治疗慢性体表溃疡疗效显著、疗程短、方法简易,值得推广普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Retrospective summary of Effect of MEBO in Treating chronic surface ulcers was carried out so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Method: 22 cases (35 wounds) of chronic surface ulcers with different depth, length, locations and causes were treated with MEBO in the whole course. Result: 14 wounds (12 cases) were closed with fully growth of granulation tissue. 18 wounds (10 cases) were closed after micro -particle skingrafting at the neo - regenerated cultivated granulation tissue. Rest 3 cases were automatically discharged in advance after remarkable improvement obtained in wound healing. Conclusion: MEBO has significant efficacy in treating chronic skin ulcers due to shortening healing time and simpler treatment method. It is worthy to be popularized.更多还原
