【摘要】 目的:探讨湿润暴露疗法治疗臀、会阴部烧伤临床疗效。方法:对33例臀、会阴部烧伤患者创面使用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗,观察病人治疗耐受情况,创面愈合时间和创面愈合后瘢痕增生情况。结果:创面全部自行愈合,无一例植皮,随访6个月～1年,仅2例Ⅲ度创面有轻度瘢痕增生,无一例肛门狭窄或男性阴茎畸形。结论:湿润暴露疗法治疗臀、会阴部烧伤方法简单,促进创面愈合,减轻瘢痕增生,效果明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To Explore clinical effect of treating gluteal and perineal burns with MEBT/MEBO. Methods: 33 patients suffered from gluteal and perineal burns were treated with MEBT/MEBO. The patient’s tolerance of pain, wound healing time and scar formation were observed. Results: Total of patients was self - healing. The average healing time was 8.23±2. 03 days in superficial second degree wound, 17.08±3. 11 days in deep second degree wound, 27. 25±4. 15 days in third degree burn wound. After 6 months to lyear follow-up, no slight pigment and no hyperplasia scar were observed in the patients with deep second degree. For the patients with third degree wounds, obviously pigmentation was observed; only 2 patients had slight hyperplasia scars, but no anal stenosis or male penis deformity observed. Conclusion: Treating gluteal and perineal burns with MEBT/MEBO is a simple and effective, due to its advantages of promoting wound healing and reducing sear formation.更多还原
