【Abstract】 Objective: To remind scientific research workers of the importance of randomization principle in medical research design so as to improve the quality of medical research. Method: To begin with some of the analysis of actual cases in medical research, the connotation, requirements and general issues of randomization were proposed. Result: The reliability of some medical research results were oppugned often because of the imperfect of randomization design. Conclusion: Randomization principle is extremely important in medical research and it must be followed exactly.更多还原
