【摘要】 目的:观察下颌磨牙拔除后拔牙窝内放置湿润烧伤膏(Moist Exposed Burn Ointiment,MEBO)对预防干槽症的作用。方法:选择下颌磨牙拔牙病例331例,随机分为两组,一组以MEBO填塞拔牙窝,另一组不放置任何药物为对照,观察MEBO预防干槽症效果。结果:MEBO组发生率3.12%,对照组发生率16.67%,经x~2检验,两组差异非常显著,P<0.01。结论:MEBO预防干槽症具有明显作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe effects of prevention of dry socket with MEBO applied to teeth fossa after mandibular malor extraction.Method:331 patients were divided into two groups randomly,one was MEBO treatment group,the other was control group which no drug was used.The prevention effects were observed.Result:The incidence of dry socket was 3.12%in treatment group,while was 16.67%in control group.There was significant difference between two groups with t test(P<0.01).Conclusion:There was a significant effect for prevention of dry socket with MEBO.更多还原
