【Abstract】 The higher education in making decisions should be scientific and democratic.To achieve this aim,decision-making mechanism is the fundamental guarantee.We must establish and improve the decision-making system of expert advice,demonstration system,amendments to the system,publicity system,monitoring system and accountability system for decision-making mistakes,in addition to norms of higher education decision-making process.These measures will effectively bound the blindness of arbitrary and subjective decision-makers.更多还原
