【摘要】 学科是高校的立校之本,标志着高校的学术地位、科研水平及培养人才质量,是高校办学水平的综合体现。学科建设对新建本科院校的跨越式、可持续发展起着关键作用。在国家新一轮教学质量与教学改革工程的机遇与挑战面前,新建地方本科院校要客观分析学科建设的现状和目标定位,制定学科建设规划,明确学科优势和特色,突出重点学科,实施梯次发展,加强学术队伍培养和学科带头人的选拔,优先使一批学科在学科水平上取得重大突破,全面带动学校各项建设,提高办学层次和办学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Discipline,the foundation of a university,marks its academic status and students’ quality and is a comprehensive embodiment of a university’s running level.Discipline construction exerts key influence upon the leaping and sustainable development of new-constructed universities.Before a new round of opportunities and challenges offered by the national project of teaching quality and teaching reform,these universities should plan discipline construction,clarify discipline advantage and speciality,highlight key disciplines,develop subsequently,strengthen the development of academia and the choice of learning field leaders,give priority to some disciplines so as to overall lead school construction and to improve running levels and quality by objectively analyzing the status and aim orientation of discipline construction.更多还原
