微波消解-原子吸收法测定液态奶中微量元素的含量

【摘要】 采用微波消解法处理样品,用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法检测液态奶中的钙、镁、铁、锌、铜和锰等元素含量。结果表明,该法具有很好的准确度和精密度,加标回收率在93.75%~103.33%之间,RSD<3.0%。

【Abstract】 The levels of trace elements in different brands of liquid milk consumed in Tianjin were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Liquid milk samples were digested with microwave digestion procedure.The results showed that microwave digestion procedure was good for liquid milk samples because it made recovery ranging from 93.75 %-103.33 %.Relative standard deviations(RSD)were found below 3.0 %.
