马尾松中莽草酸分离制备及其抗血小板凝集作用研究

【摘要】 研究马尾松中的莽草酸提取分离的方法,以高效液相色谱法测定莽草酸在马尾松中的含量并进行纯化制备,同时与八角茴香中莽草酸的含量进行比较;采用比浊法测定马尾松中莽草酸抗血小板凝集活性。结果表明,将马尾松松针粉末置于3.5mmol/L磷酸中超声提取60min时,莽草酸得率可达最大,马尾松中的莽草酸含量为5.71%,比八角茴香中的莽草酸含量低3.24%。用高效液相分离纯化制备的莽草酸,在体外呈浓度依赖性抑制二磷酸腺苷(ADP)、胶原诱导的家兔血小板聚集。

【Abstract】 Study the method of extracting and isolating the shikimic acid in masson pine, uses HPLC to determine the content of shikimic acid in masson pine compareing it to that in anisum stellatum, purify and prepares shikimic acid; uses the method of turbidimetry to determine the antiplatelet -aggregating activity of shikimic acid in masson pine. The results show that placing the powder of Masson pine in phosphoric acid of 3.5 mmol/L, and using the method of ultrasonic extraction in 60 minutes, the pick-up rate of shikimic acid reaches the maximum, which is 5.71 %, lower than that in anisum stellatum by 3.24 %. The shikimic acid from this study shows a dose-dependent manner in vitro, restraining the antiplatelet aggregation of domestic rabbit which is lead by ADP and collagen.
