山楂异黄酮提取与应用
EXTRACTION AND APPLICATION OF HAWTHORN ISOFLAVONE
【摘要】 通过正交试验表明醇提山楂异黄酮的最佳提取条件为:固液比为1:12,乙醇浓度为60%,提取温度为60℃,提取2h,通过紫外分光光度法测定山楂异黄酮含量为42.80mg/10g,提取率达0.43%。这对充分挖掘山楂中异黄酮等活性成分、提高山楂的利用价值,扩大山楂加工范围、开发保健食品新资源意义很大。
【Abstract】 The orthogonal experiment indicates that the best technical condition of hawthorn isoflavone extracted by ethanol is: the ratio of material to liquid is 1:12, the ethanol density is 60 % , the extraction temperature is 60 ℃ . After the extraction for 2 h, the content of hawthorn isoflavone is 42.80 mg/10 g, the extraction rate reaches 0.43 % by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry method. It is of great significance to fully study active constituents of hawthorn isoflavone, improve the use value of hawthorn, it offers us a way to expand the scope of hawthorn processing and develop new resources of health food.
