【Abstract】 With the development of the national fitness,we need more and more fitness instructors.Only we have a good quality of fitness instructors,it can have enough competition in the market and handle this job more fluently.By investigating the present situation of 17 fitness clubs aerobics instructors in Changsha city,this paper analyzes the aerobics instructor of the age structure,gender structure,educational levels and technical level by means of using literature and questionnaire.The main purpose is to promote the aerobics instructor team and provide the theoretical reference for further development of the clubs rapidly.更多还原
