【摘要】 本文主要利用文献法、逻辑分析法对高校体育师资管理方面的文献进行综述,在综述基础上发现:高校体育教师管理文献研究过程中分两大块:体育教师师资队伍建设和高校体育人力资源管理,二者分别从不同的侧重点对高校体育教师进行了研究。但未能将二者加以结合研究,在高校教师选聘、职后培训、使用等具体环节的研究还比较薄弱。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper makes literature review on management of college sports teaching resources. The result shows that there are two categories, sport teaching resources construction and college sports human resources management. Both of them study the college sport teacher from different aspects. However, the combining study of both is not made. There have some weak points in teacher recruitment, on-job training and employment.更多还原
